They were great getting us in on a good time even though it was a simple few light changes. 2 hours they called already saying it was done and gave a quick quote on some bearing that should be replaced. Friendly and honest group. I always go to them for vehicle help.

Today I noticed that a bracket on our muffler was broken, so we stopped at The Muffler Man in Grande Prairie. Scott agreed to do the repair himself since he didn’t have anyone available at the time to take care of it. Muffler Man has given me great service! They were able to book my muffler replacement, AC recharge and oil change all at the same time and while I was out of town so I didn’t have to be without my vehicle, drop off secure lock boxes made this possible! Excellent communication and when there was a minor glitch got me in the next day just before lunch and adjusted it while I waited. Very happy with the service and competitive reasonable pricing!

Dwayne and his crew are the best!! We are from out of Town and was in Town for a medical appointment and I had made an appointment, then things changed and I changed my appointment from morning to afternoon then things changed again. We had our truck there for 8am for a new muffler and tailpipe, they got us in and out under 2 hours but the best was that Dwayne delivered our truck to us so we didn’t need a cab for a third time!
